Each week is designed to unlock a level of difficulty to push your muscles to grow and your body fat to melt.

The classes are between 15-20 minutes. Just enough to get the job done and not too long to take much of your time.

    The board itself works great… However, I purchased this product with the intention of getting the 4 free gifts: waist trimmer, free loop bag with stretch bands, Pilates socks, and 28 community challenge. When my package arrived it was missing the free loop bag and waist trimmer which was really upsetting as I was looking forward to using it. Also, my timer came broken so that was also disappointing. Again, the board itself works great and I do get a good work out in, but maybe don’t advertise that those gifts will be a part of the purchase when clearly it’s not.

    So I am basically 3 months in and feeling grrrrreat! I am on day 45 of the 90 day challenge. The middle picture is from the end of the 28 day challenge- and the far right pic is my ~3 month progress (97 days). My goal for the next 45 days is to focus on eating healthier meals and sticking to the list. I have only lost ~3-4lbs since the 28 day challenge and I really wanna kick that into gear.

    Are you tired of trying all the different “this is the most popular workout”? Are you tired of not seeing results? Or feeling any changes? I was too! I found this amazing series and community and thought, at first,”oh, here is another one”, but I felt the need to give it a try. That was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself. From day one, I knew this would finally be different! I joined in January and have lost 16 pounds! I have more energy, my mood is better and I can stand to look at myself in the mirror!     Completed the 28 day pilates challenge, I didn’t take pictures on day 1 however, I have pictures of me back from November when I had an afro, then 2 weeks into the challenge with my hair pulled back and pictures from today with my hair down. I am going to keep going and make time for me to get in a better shape. The scale did not move much but I think you can tell from the pictures that I've really made progress. Ready to start the boot camp next 💪🏾 😌 🙌🏽
